Belaire
After the insanity of seeing the Beastie Boys, we headed over to Emo's IV (formerly a cocktail bar called K) to see local favorites Belaire. Belaire is composed of half of Voxtrot and two twin sisters. You might know them from their Kanye West cover, but I like to think of them as the twee version of Le Tigre. The band makes surprisingly quirky, refreshing, indie synth pop and the laidback show was a nice change from the rest of the insanity on Sixth Street.
